Angel Protector Chapter 1 : Trouble

Characters: Sera the angel
Michael the Seraphim
Ayumi the human
Sakura, Ayumi's best friend
Draken the demon

Background: There was a kingdom where angels lived and it was called Divinia. The angels lived to protect the kingdom and also do their duty to protect the humans on Earth.There were ranks among the angels and each rank given a different task. The highest was the Seraphims, the angels with many wings and the task to make sure the kingdom is run in order. Protectors were the lowest ranked ones and their tasked were to protect humans. But they don't have the powers to attack and only to protect. The other ranks are, Guardians, Archangels and the healers.Each human has an Angel to protect him from attacks or from accidents. Humans cannot see their angels.

Ayumi: noo..noo..
Sakura: wake up ayu,the teacher is looking at you.
Ayumi was having a dream. She was seeing this outline of a person with wings but as she tried to approach it, it was going further and further. Than she saw it being burned as she watched.
Teacher: Ayumi wake up!! *taps Ayumi on her shoulder*
Ayumi gets up and feels the eyes of everyone staring at her. (oh man I feel so embarrassed. But what was that dream about..who was that guy?)
Teacher: I know you're tired as this is a night class but please refrain from sleeping. Now go and solve the question on the board.
Sakura: The answer is 20. *whispers softly*
Ayumi: Thanks.*breathing a sigh of relief*
The lessons ends and everyone goes home.
Sakura: See you in school tomorrow Ayu!!
Ayumi: Bye!!

On Divinia.
Sera: Oh no I'm late!! Michael will be really mad now!!
*soars high above Divinia to the castle*
Michael: You're late Sera!! Now receive your rank and task!!
Sera: Yes sir. *bows down*
Michael: You are to be ranked as a Protector, the human you're assigned to is Ayumi in Japan. Sera: Protector?? But..
Michael: I was going to rank you as a Guardian but consider this your punishment. Now go!! And fulfill your duty to your human.
Sera: Ok..*flys off*
Michael: I wonder if I made a mistake making him a Protector..After all Ayumi is a special human with powers which she has yet discovered..

*Back on Earth*
Ayumi: Get away from me!!
Robber 1: There there sweetheart, just hand over your money and we'll go away.
Ayumi: Go away I don't have any money!!
Robber 2: In that case we'll take something else from you!! You're pretty cute after all.
*walks toward Ayumi*
Ayumi: No go away!! *backs off into the wall*

Suddenly a white light surrounds Ayumi and pushes the robbers away.
Robbers: What just happened?? What was that light?? Let's get out of here!! *runs away*
Ayumi looks up and sees Sera.
Ayumi: who..are you? What..are you???
Sera: you can see me??(why can this human see me? Did Michael forget to tell me something??)Ayumi: yes I can see you very clearly. Are you an angel?? *points to the wings on his back*
Sera: well yes but you're not supposed to see me. I wonder why..
Ayumi: My name is Ayumi. Thanks for saving me.
Sera: I know all about you. After all I was assigned to protect you and it seems I came just in time. My name is Sera.
Ayumi: thanks again. *picks up her stuff and walks home*
Ayumi: hey..Are all angels so pretty?
Sera: What do you mean Ayumi??
Ayumi: You have such beautiful long black hair and your eyes are blue like water. And those wings are whiter than snow, it's so beautiful.
Sera: I suppose so..(she asks so many questions..and she does not seemed tat surprised to see me)
After a while they reach Ayumi's home.
Ayumi: hey are you always watching what I do??*turns around and asks suddenly*
Sera: yes that's my duty.
Ayumi: even when I'm in the toilet?
Sera: well..I suppose so but angels don't get those kind of thoughts so you won't have to worry..*looks surprised*
Ayumi: I suppose that's true. *still looking at him in fascination*
Sera: (why can she see me?? I need to talk about this to Michael.)
Ayumi: You know I live alone right?
Sera: Yes I know almost everything about you.

Ayumi doesn't reply to this and opens the door of her house.
Ayumi: Welcome. It's nothing much but I call it home.
Sera: Angels don't sleep so you wont have to worry about me.
Ayumi: alright.

Ayumi goes to sleep the moment she reaches home and Sera goes back to Divinia to talk to Michael.
Sera: Michael let me in!! I have something I need to ask you!!
Michael: You're supposed to watch over Ayumi what are you doing back here?*busy doing his work*
Sera: she can see me!! She can see me!! Explain that!!
Michael: hmm..ok I'll tell you. She's a human with special powers but she hasn't discovered it yet.
Sera: and because of those powers she can see me??
Michael: Precisely.*still busy with his work*
Sera: but if she can see me that means she can see..
Michael: yes that means she's able to see the demons too..Now hurry and go back to her!!Michael: If anything should happen to her, be prepared to face your punishment.

Sera: (Why was I assigned to protect such a troublesome girl??)*sighs*
Sera: I hope nothing bad has happened to her.
Back in Ayumi's room she was sleeping soundly.
Sera: looks like nothing happened to her. Phew..
* Sera hears some movement in the room.*
Sera: who's there come out!!
From the shadows cast from the windows came a demon.
Demon: My name is Draken!! I've come to take the girl if you're smart just fly away like the good lil angel you are!!
Sera: I won't allow you to take her!!
At this point Ayumi wakes up and sees the commotion.
Ayumi: What is that!! *points to Draken*
Sera: It's a demon!! I'll protect you just hide!!.
Draken: I'll rip those wings off your back!! *laughs loudly and charges towards them*
Draken: And when I'm done with you..you'll wish u were never given this girl to protect!
Sera: (I'm already wishing I wasn't given her to protect)
Sera casts a barrier around Ayumi. A white light surrounds her.
Draken: Do you think your barrier can withstand my attacks!! You're just a protector!!*attacks the barrier*
Sera: I can't allow you to lay a hand on Ayumi!!*breathing heavily trying to keep the barrier up*
Ayumi looks on in shock trying to understand what's happening. The barrier suddenly breaks and Sera is knocked down.
Draken: Pathetic protector!! She's mine now!!
Sera: Don't..touch..her..
Draken: You're mine for the taking now girl!!
Ayumi: Noo..Nooo!!!
A white light comes out from Ayumi and fill the room with bright light.
